If you want to return an eligible item, contact support@neontigre.com with your order reference and the item you wish to return. We will provide the current return instructions.
Unless an item is faulty, returned products should be unworn, unused and in a condition suitable for resale, with original tags/packaging where reasonably possible.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order reference and useful photographs where possible. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
Once a return is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times can vary after a refund has been submitted.
Certain personalised, bespoke, hygiene-sensitive or otherwise legally exempt products may not qualify for change-of-mind cancellation. Any applicable exception will be made clear where relevant.
Gift-card refunds and cancellation rights depend on whether the card has been used and on applicable consumer law. Contact us before using the card if you believe there is an issue with the purchase.
