1. These terms

These terms apply to purchases made through neontigre.com. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

2. Products and availability

We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours can vary between displays. Availability may change before checkout is completed. An item placed in a basket is not reserved until payment is confirmed.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Any applicable delivery charges or discounts are shown before payment. Payment is handled through our payment provider. An order is accepted when payment is successfully confirmed and we create a confirmed order record.

4. Order confirmation

After a successful order, we send a transactional confirmation email to the address supplied at checkout. Please check your spam/junk folder and contact us if you believe a confirmed order has not been acknowledged.

6. Returns and refunds

Your cancellation and return rights depend on the product and applicable consumer law. Personalised or made-to-order items may be subject to lawful exceptions. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. Gift cards

Gift cards are delivered electronically after successful payment. Treat the code like cash. We are not responsible for unauthorised use where a code has been disclosed by the recipient. Gift-card use remains subject to applicable consumer law.

• Gift cards are valid for 24 calendar months from the date of issue. The expiry date is stated in the gift-card delivery email. Any unused balance expires at the end of that validity period.
• When you enter a gift-card code in the basket, NEÓN TIGRE may check whether the code is valid, unexpired and display the available balance before payment.
• A balance check does not itself spend or reduce the gift-card balance.
• Where a gift card is applied to an order, the amount used is determined from the available balance and the basket total. Any remaining amount must be paid using an accepted payment method.
• The gift-card balance is only finally reduced when the related redemption is successfully completed as part of the order process.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for losses arising from events outside our reasonable control.

9. Reviews

To keep product reviews useful and trustworthy:

• Reviews must be genuine, relevant to the product purchased and based on the reviewer’s own experience.
• A valid order number is required so NEÓN TIGRE can verify the purchase. Order numbers are used for verification and are not displayed publicly.
• Reviews must not contain unlawful, obscene, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, defamatory, promotional, spam, misleading or unrelated content.
• Fake reviews, reviews submitted on behalf of another person, and undisclosed incentivised reviews are not permitted.
• Reviews may be checked before or after publication for authenticity, prohibited content and compliance with these terms.
• A low rating is not, by itself, a reason for rejection. Reviews rated below three stars may be routed for manual moderation, but they are assessed using the same authenticity and content rules as higher-rated reviews.
• NEÓN TIGRE may reject, remove or unpublish a review where we reasonably believe it breaches these rules. Genuine negative reviews will not be suppressed merely because they are critical.
• Product star ratings and review counts are calculated from published reviews for the high-level product SKU, combining all colour and size variants.
